I figured I’d post a quick update. I really thought I’d be able to catch up with all my pending blog posts about our US trip and some stay-cations. Guess what? I did nothing! Anyway, let me introduce you first to:
Galadriel the Bear.
This is Blake’s bear. A gift from her Tita Jack. She’s named Galadriel because Blake’s first name is Arwen — any Lord of the Rings fans out there? Anyway, we just call her “BEAR” at home. We’ve had her since 2012. She’s actually wrapped up somewhere in the storage when Doc Gelo introduced us to Gelo the Bear. I thought it would be nice to include Bear in our adventures. So, follow her in instagram! – Yes, she has her own account – Galadriel the Bear 🙂
A Holiday
As you know, it’s Eid Al Fitr so we are all on holidays. We’re currently in Abu Dhabi enjoying a relaxing long weekend. (Follow us on instagram to read snippets of our quick getaway)
A Coloring Book
I recently joined the adult coloring bandwagon — and I mean this in the most wholesome way!
Some call it art therapy. Mindfulness exercises. I call it as it is, coloring.
It really is a stress reliever! I got Enchanted Forest: An Inky Quest & Coloring Book by Johanna Bashford but there are lots of adult coloring books around. I highly recommend this exercise to anyone who needs a little break.
