Thank you thank you so much!! So happy and upset at the same time. This was supposed to be swap. I bought her Sally Hansen Top Coat 
I checked and I was told that there is no record of the parcel leaving the post office. This is a major FAIL! That guy who assisted me assured me that everything is OK. I asked him why there is no (tracking) number, he said that its OK! Me being so trusting and gullible, I just went along with it thinking that maybe that’s the way its supposed to be since its just a local destination. He just gave me stamps and told me to give the thing back to him since it won’t fit the mail box. I told him that this is for special delivery.
Where did I go wrong??
Oh well, lesson learned.

I havent try it yet coz my nails aren’t yellowish pero sabi nila effective daw..ung small bottle is the essie matte about u
