I recently bought this nice little palette from NYX. This is one of their new items and I wanted to try them out since it is forever sunny in this area of the world.
This kit contains 9 eye shadows. A mix of shimmers and matte/muted colors.
It also comes with two lip colors, sponge tip applicator and mini lip brush. It also has a mirror.
What I like about this kit is that its compact and lightweight. You can just chuck it in your purse and you’re good to go. I also like the color combination. You can go all out shimmery or mute your eye make up by using the matte colors. You can also use the eye shadows as your blush, I guess depending on your skin tone or how creative you are.
What I don’t like about it is the bronze lip color. I don’t know, it’s too….metallic? I looked like somebody from outer space. Not good for office definitely. Or maybe I’m just not used to wearing this color. I’ll give it another try. Maybe I’ll do a “look” using this kit. Maybe…just maybe.
