Hello World!

And we’re back online!

So sorry to just disappear so sudden. There has been a lot of changes on the back end of my blog. First, how do you like my new logo?

 

This was done by Patricia of Fancy Girl Designs. You should check her out. A lot of bloggers I know go to her for their redesign. 

Here’s the story. 

I wanted a simple redesign. Just a beautiful header and coordinating colors because, you know… every girl likes pretty things. A simple redesign ended up in a rebrand! In the middle of all of this, I decided to merge my two blogs – Shoutingwind’s Corner and Baby Mama Blog, and just have one pretty site. Sounds good right?

Well, since I was doing a rebrand, why not move to wordpress?! So yeah, I’m now self hosted and on wordpress platform where they say most successful bloggers are.  The whole process took a while and of course I had to pay extra $$ because I did not know exactly what I wanted. There were lots of changes and last minute decisions. But overall, I am happy that Patricia and Jenn helped me. (Jenn was the one who helped me with the migration — you should also check her out!). 

So there. Things are still wonky here so do let me know if you see something out of place.
