Good way to start the night, right? We were welcomed by Gozo’s manager and informed us that we can have a look at their buffet. They have live cooking cooking stations! How cool is that?
There were lots of options but I went straight to the dish that’s not always available … BBQ Spare Ribs (pork, of course!)
It was so tender that it just literally fell of the bones!
I am not really good at buffet … the food overwhelms me. LOLS! Plus I had good company that I was too busy chatting. Soon after, the man of the hour took the stage. (We were not THAT far from the stage … )
Steve Littlewood is UK’s number one Freddie Mercury tribute artist. The resemblance is uncanny! He’s got the voice too. I was shocked with his encore…coming out in shorts and the British flag on his shoulders. (LOLS!!) But all is well …
