August Glambox : Benefit Exclusive

Yep, I’m posting the August box on September because that’s how I roll, ayt?! (LOLS) Seriously, I have been very busy with so much real life stuff. I can’t keep up. But anyway, I have free time so I’m posting this. 

The August Glambox is an exclusive from Benefit Cosmetics. Now THIS is what I want to receive every month! (Ok, not exactly this, but you know what I mean!) It’s girly, its make up, its something I would like to try and use every day! Here’s what I got:

Available in 9 Shades. — I got “cheers to me” champagne, I’m not sure this is the right shade for me tho. 

They’re Real : Lengthens, curls, volumizes, lifts and separates. Our jet black, long wearing formula won’t smudge or dry out. A specially designed brush reveals lashes you never knew you had! Position wand horizontally and wiggle brush from side to side, base to tip, to achieve maximum volume, length and lift. Hold wand vertically & stroke upward to curl and separate. Layer generously as desired. — I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS PRODUCT!! can you tell? I love love love it! It really lifts and lengthens my lashes. Not hard to remove too! Definitely a plus. 

 

B. Right Total Moisture : This facial cream provides concentrated immediate and long-term hydration for a radiantly refreshed complexion. Our exclusive tri-radiance complex helps develop the skin’s reserves of water and reinforce skin’s moisture barrier. Contains mango butter, a natural plant based emollient known to provide moisture. — Been using this for a week now and it does exactly what they say it does. Another love from me!

 

ChachaTint : This mango-tinted stain beautifully blushes lips and cheeks with a tropical coral hue. Smooch-proof and smudge-proof, our sheer stain has a natural finish that will leave you looking deliciously vibrant for hours. For the most even flush, dab Chachatint on our foundation brush and blend on one cheek at a time.  — This is another love. I like using lip and cheek stains as its very convenient. It gives color to the face without having to do full make up!

I have a little back story to share … 

The day this box came, it was so hectic in the office. I was really down and disappointed. Also, I got tickets for The Illusionists Show and I asked the “bitter half” if he wants to join me. Of course, I expected a big Yes! It’s an awesome show and we get to experience it together so there should be no worries there, right? 

He said no. Can you believe it?! He said he can’t make it because he has to get up early the next day, yadda yadda. I was so upset! He even told me to ask my friends to come with me which made it so much worse! (No offense to my friends, I want to be with you but .. you know!) 

Anyway, I was so depressed at this point. Then the box came! And my friends decided to go with me! That’s an instant pick me up right there! I put on Chahchatint and They’re Real mascara and enjoyed the show.
