I saw this recipe while doing my research on all things Paleo. Because, you know, we’re trying to eat Paleo style. [take note of the word TRYING … because we are trying and most of the time failing at it so … ]
The recipe is from Nom Nom Paleo which has got to be my favorite food blog right now. I love the site layout, the graphics, the photos … and the way everything is written. It’s so easy to read. It’s fun. Anyway, I was looking for something easy and quick so I decided on Cracklin’ Chicken.

I tried to follow the recipe as much as I could but I had to make some minor changes according to what’s available in my kitchen. We loved it so much that we served it 3 times in one week. It’s that good! You should try. 🙂
