My Day at MEFCC

Like I mentioned in my previous post, we went to MEFCC (Middle East Film and Comic Con or just Comic Con to make thing easier! hehehe) This was not planned at all. I was just chillin in twitter when I saw a contest for Comic Con from Dubai Calendar. I just needed to retweet and I’m in. So I retweeted and forgot about it.

Then I got a message that I won! Wow! Seriously, I have not won anything so this is big deal. Plus I have never been to Comic Con. I didn’t know what to expect. Yeah, I know that this is where people wear costumes and stuff but I really have no idea what happens there. I have spent most of my time in front of the TV, I should be familiar with the characters, right? Well, not quite.

I also saw Sean Astin but he was walking with someone and I was too starstruck to even take a ninja shot of him. I was so exhausted especially the little one kept crying at the sight of big blue smurfs and some hideous characters. (I knew it would be too much for her … bad mommy!!) But it was a fun day.
