Max Factor – Lipfinity – Glazed Caramel (590)

Sorry for the crappy photos.
The other day I bought Lipfinity from Max Factor. Apparently this product stays on for 10 hours. I’m just confused because it says on the tube (???) its 590 – Glazed Caramel. But when I looked it up in the website, 590 is Violet Vamp. But then again, it also says Lipfinity 3D Maxwear. Hmmm…maybe I’m ignoramus when it comes to make up. 

 

For the test drive. I applied the above just for the sake of photo-op. After an hour or so, my lips felt dry and hard. I thought maybe because I’m not used to this brand or something. I took the lipstick off and boy it wasn’t easy. I applied lip cream and went to sleep.

Next morning, I applied lip balm before applying the color and gloss because I didn’t want my lips to be dry like the night before. After a few hours (and snacks), it was almost gone. There is still a trace of the lipstick here and there but still. So I decided to retouch blaming the lip balm for messing with my test drive. 

So this time, no lip balm just the color and the gloss as its supposed to be. It was on for a couple of hours. Definitely not 10… not even 6! So, do I hate it? No. I just find it misleading. But overall, its a good combination.
