I was in the mall today to check out what they have in Essence. Nothing much has changed since my last visit but Len, the sales assistant in charge was very accommodating. She even offered to give me a make over!! (I’ll make a separate post for that)
I found out that Essence is being distributed here in Dubai via Multiplex LLC/Exquisite Trading LLC (retail arm). They also carry other brands like Prestige Cosmetics, T-Zone and Bioskin Care.
It’s nice to know that there are still people who’d go out of their way for potential clients. Customer service here in this place has always been questionable. In fact, I sent out inquiries to companies distributing OPI, Nubar and Orly nail polishes. Surprise, surprise!! No response.
Anyway, I just want to say that today I felt that I am a valued customer. Thank you, Len.
