Date night is with my girl friends, Lyn and Zahra. We decided to go have dinner and just do a little retail therapy last night. Here’s my humble haul:
Got myself a cool lime green planner. It’s no moleskine but I love love love the cover and the paper… OMG the paper! I can’t decide if its rough or smooth. LOL!
And I literally squeeled when I saw these…
Essence Most Wanted and Choose Me!!
I’m sure she won’t admit it but I saw the sales attendant jump a little bit when I shrieked like a little girl when I got my hands on Choose Me. I totally lost all hope that these will ever be available in Dubai. I kept asking and asking if they will be updating their collection.
I asked and asked until I just got tired asking. If you’ve been following my posts, you would have realized by now that I don’t actually go out of my way to buy nail polish. (That’s why I still don’t have the OPI Burlesque Collection, I just can’t be bothered to go to the showroom where they sell OPI, sorry).
Seeing these bottles really made my day. I had no intentions of buying nail polish since I still have to swatch the rest of my Models Own Autumn/Winter Collection and my No 7 (by boots) collection… they’re just sitting there… waiting to be loved. But, Choose Me and Most Wanted… they can’t be ignored!
In fact, I started painting my friends nails while having coffee!
Yes, we have polish remover. We are weird like that.

I know I get crazy with paper sometimes. I end up buying notebooks and not really use them (totally hate my handwriting… LOL!!)
You are SO funny. “I can’t tell whether the paper is smooth or rough, LOL!” and you’re so giddy over notebook paper.
